Refund Policy

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will help make it right.

Eligibility

Request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery when the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items must be new and unused except where inspection is reasonably required to identify the problem.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for preference changes, change of mind, or ordinary wear.

How to request help

Email yasmeenwallah1@gmail.com before sending anything back. Include your order number and clear photos when applicable. We will provide the approved return instructions.

Refund timing

After we approve the returned item, we initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it.
